In order to become a member and stay a member, each participant must adhere to the following rules:

All participants will:  

1. Be of 18 years of age and younger.
2. Must be a full time student who maintains a 3.0 or above average in school at all times (if you do not meet the criteria we can help!)
3. Dedicate several hours of community service each month to an organized VAAD community service event.
4. Represent themselves properly whenever participating in a VAAD activity by being respectful and courteous
5. Stay away from smoking, drugs and alcohol at all times
6. Maintain respect for all members of VAAD
7. Abide by all VAAD rules.
